I can't seem to find the DMH rectangular cut outs.

http://www.dmhperformance.com/ecutout.htm

would these work just as well?

I think your confused with what I was asking. I'm talking about where you can open the cutout 25%, 50%, or all the way open at 100%. Do the DMH cutouts have options like that?

I believe QTP has the controller you're asking about. It allows you to open the cutouts to whatever percentage you want.

So the DMH seem to be more reliable but only have an open or closed option?

DMH and RRP cut outs have a better warranty than QTP's.

Look here for the controller.

I love my DMH low profiles. We will see how good their warranty is. I lost a motor about 2 weeks back. The bolts backed out and the motor broke off the flap shaft.

Ripped the plugs off the wires as well.

The idea of open and closed on demand is the greatest thing since sliced bread

I run the DMH with Ti's. They are welded to the 3" ARH X-pipe. You can open them a little or a lot. Dave is a great guy and will take care of his customer's.

A very fun mod...

The DMH cutouts can be opened as much or as little as you want. I usually run mine at about 50%.

Looks like the low profiles might be the way to go.

If you have a manual 6 speed you can use our regular QTECs. We will be debuting our oval low profiles ones next week.

Just remember we are a forum sponsor for like 7-8 years unlike other businesses. We support the site. Also we have sold over 50,000 cutouts. More than all the others combined and then some. Do not fooled with warranties. Remember the quote from Tommy Boy

If anyone has any questions feel free to give us a call.

Keep it loud!

If you want us to charge you 30% more and give you a longer warranty we can do that.

LUV,LUV,LUV the ability of loud ,quiet at the flick of a switch free up exhaust usually means more power, but in this case there are concerns if you free up either intake (Variram)or exhaust (cutouts, long tubes,no cats ect.) is a tune required to take advantage of better breathing. When I put in variram kept getting lean code till retune then ok.But cutouts not open all the time how to compensate to take advantage would like extra power free up exhaust can give and that loud sound when you want it.It must get lean when open wth no restriction so is there an answer???/

I'm sure you could somehow, but not easily. I only take the car out for fun, so it dosen't normally offend me. There are times I'd like to be able to close it though.

I got my low profile DMH cut out's from Vengeance Racing.
