My friend has these on his Z06 (17X11 Wheel) and likes them a lot.

He does not drive them on the street at all though.

On his wheels - repro ZR1 wheels - they are 56 lbs a piece

My OEM 17X8.5 thin spokes with Hoosier 275/40/17 only weigh 40 lbs.

We both are pretty close in our 60' times. I do edge him out a little bit though

Mickey Thompson 315 35 17's on 17x11 ZR1 rims @ 20psi hook a TON better than my 335 30 18 Nittos! The Mickeys hook up!

I just bolted mine on the other day, and i don t want to put my regular street tires back on! These have to be the BEST tires there are for hooking on the street/track.

im already hitting the rev limiter in 3 in the 1/8 wouldnt the 295 45 17 help me out with that. and 315 35 17 make it worse.

You must have some low gears!! Al least 4.10s. If u are hitting the limiter in 3rd, i would either put a slightly taller tire on it OR get your limiter raised just a hair. Your times will be better if you stay off of the limiter(as im sure u already know!)

p.s.- The 295's are almost 1 1/2" taller than the 315's are. (27.19" vs. 25.78") & about an inch wider for the 315's.
