Default AC Tensioner pulley (replace pulley or whole assembly?)

I replaced the upper idler pulley from the AC system already but it was the bottom belt tensioner pulley causing the chirp.

Can I just remove the pulley and replace with a same idler pulley used above or replace it with the entire tensioner/pulley assembly?

The tensioner seems to be fine.

Also, if just removing the pulley; should I pull the entire tensioner arm out and then remove the pulley while on a workbench... or can I just remove the pulley and leave the 13mm tensioner bolt/arm attached to the engine?

Many thanks!

Just FYI if anybody ever needed to know... you can replace just the pulley from the tensioner assembly. I removed the 13mm bolt and removed the entire arm... removed the 15mm bolt from the pulley on my workbench. Installed new pulley and works fine. Pulley was $20 vs $80 for the assembly.
