Default C6 Z51 Sway Bars

I just received my new C6 Z51 Sway Bars from Gene Cully today, but have a couple questions:

• I see people referring to "bushings" and "insulators" - are they using these terms interchangeably or do these need BOTH insulators AND bushings to install?

• I just measured the diameter of my stock rear bar on my 2001 and it looks like it is .759" in diameter. The new rear bar looks like it is exactly 1" in diameter and the the front looks like 1.22" in diameter - does that sound about right for the C6-Z51s?

• I did not see any nuts included with the metal end links - so is it alright to REUSE the stock nuts off my plastic end links or do I need to buy new ones?

Thanks!

Your measurements are correct for c6 Z51 sway bars. Technically, they are called insulators, but some incorrectly refer to them as bushings. Yes you can reuse the stock nuts.

I found a big difference when I installed mine and I had Z51 to start with (C5 version). I also powder coated mine to match the car
