Default Lightweight Flywheel??

I'm about ready to replace my clutch and flywheel on my stock 2001.
I don't know whether to get a clutch kit with a regular 28 lb or a lightweight 18 lb flywheel. What would the difference feel like? Anyone got an 18 pounder and how do you like it? Recommendations?

I run the fidanza. It will take some getting used to at first because the RPM's drop off faster between shifts- especially if you have the AC running. I like how its friction surface is replaceable though. IMO it does not hurt drivability for a daily driven car.
