Default Torque Specs for a Few Bolts?

I recently had my damper bolt come loose due to improper torque from a shop that previously installed the cam in the '02 Z I bought.

I ATI keyed the crank, installed a Super Damper, and am looking for torque specs.

This is the most comprehensive list I've found:
http://www.eliteengineeringusa.com/C5_Torque_Values.pdf

What is the torque for the two power steering rack-to-sub frame bolts?

Also, the tie rod nuts that connect the steering linkage to the wheel hubs, are those identified as as the "stud nuts" or "jam nuts" on the list above? I would guess stud nut. If so, does that mean 15lb-ft, then 160degrees, to a final 33lb-ft? I would think 15lb-ft plus 160degrees would exceed 33lb-ft....

And, what is the torque for the bolt that connects the power steering rack to the steering column?

Thanks a lot.

Here is what I have.

Steering rack bolts/nuts = 74 lb-ft

If so, does that mean 15lb-ft, then 160degrees. Verify minimum torque after rotation is 33 lb-ft. This nut is a "preload by rotation" and there is no torque value assigned, rather the preload is obtain by the thread pitch and angle.

Power steering shaft = 25 lb-ft

Thanks a lot.
