Default No Start After Key Turned Off While Driving

This is going to sound very stupid. I was driving the car and I am 6'5. I had something in my shoe and actually turned the ignition key off with my knee trying to get the rock out of my shoe while going down the highway. The car immediatly shut off. I turned the key back to the run position and it did not re-fire. I got off to the side of the road and the car will not start. I am getting error codes for ABS, Traction control and a code regarding shutting the engine cylinders down. I tried to clear the codes several time and one code will not reset. I called a friend that plugged in a computer code reader and the car is not sending a signal to the reader. I had the car towed home. 1998 C5 Any ideas?

I disconnected the battery overnight and even tried the spare key this morning and am getting the same thing.

These are the codes I am getting:

P0601HC
P1518HC
C1255H
C1276HC
B2723H
B2860HC

I also get these warning lights:
Service active handling
Reduced engine speed
Service Traction control
Service ABS

Any ideas?? Thanks

Unfortunately, this is probably the end for your PCM. If you have a P060x code, the others really don't matter.

Just my luck. I just had ECS do the upgrade a couple of months ago. Looks like I will be shopping for an ECM. I really appreciate all your help.
