Anyone know how/what to fix the seat trim on drivers side seat adjustment? I replaced the switch assembly on the left front side of the seat, the trim has a grommet that fits in a hole through the upholstery and in to the seat frame assembly. The switch has pin on the back that fits in the grommet, friction fit, to hold switch/trim on the side of the seat.
It worked for a while, but the way I sit on the seat or get in/out of the car, the trim is sitting loose again. The grommet that GM uses, doesn't stay snug in the hole.................
Anyone have a fix for it?????

PS....I've seen it on a bunch of these year cars, I don't need to lose weight, the previous owner did....
