Default Question on Z06 Yellow Valve Springs

Anybody know what the maximum lift that a set of Z06 stock yellow springs could handle? I saw a statement in an LSx How To book that "LS6 springs - depending on your camshaft specs - could handle any street requirements" but what does that mean exactly.

Do Z06 guys that upgrade their cams have the same concerns/issues about the valve springs that an LS1 upgrade would have?
