Sun Visor - Vanity Mirror loose

The vanity mirror is somehow coming loose from the sun visor.

I'm not sure how this is fastened.

Can it be repaired, or do you just replace the whole visor?

Fantastic guys! I knew somebody would know what to do with out me having to spend a bunch of time figuting out how to fix it.
