Get the RUSSELL they are the ones I went with "BECAUSE" they have the LARGE Sqaure end that attatches to the brake caliper - it makes for a better seal and they wont warp!

The qaulity of the RUSSELL are really good and you wont regret purchasing them

Thanks,Matt

BUT, do you have any issues with error codes being set in the BCM? I seem to recall a couple of years ago, several members said that the Goodridge lines provided a "better ground", or something like that, which didn't produce these error codes...

Never once have I ever got a code for my brake lines or anything associated to them ohh and neither have any of my buddies, and our Vettes range from my '98 - their '04's

Here is a write-up I did on the brake line install:

I had ABS sensor codes setting after I installed the Russell hoses. It was intermittent but would happen. A lot of people have had this problem with braided hoses. They create an impedence between the caliper and frame and can cause a problem. If the braid was attached electrically to the end it will have a low impedence and there won't be a problem. If poor electrical connection between the braid and the end there will be a problem. I don't remember exactly the impedence needed but if you took a meter and measured the resistance between the 2 ends of the line I believe anything in the single digits would be fine.

Bottom line, take a piece of electrical wire and connect one end to the frame connector bolt that supports the brake line and the other end to one of the brake caliper bolts. I wrapped mine around the hose several times to keep it from hanging free but that has nothing to do with the issue. This will eliminate any potential problems.
And this only applies to the front lines. No issues with the rears that I ever had.

In the past, Russell lines did have a tendency to set off wheel speed sensor codes.

You might want to take a look at LG Motorsports stainless lines too.
