Default C5 Electric Cooling Fan problem

I recently changed my water pump and air conditioning compressor so I had the radiator, electric Fans, and condenser removed. I cleaned them all really good and reinstalled them. Now I cannot get my electric fans to come on. I noticed one of my maxi fuses was blown so I replaced it. I then tried again and still nothing even at 225 degrees. I jumped the high speed and low speed fan relays and everything comes on and runs good, I just cannot get the "Whatever" to tell the relay(s) to close to turn on fans. Temp in DIC reads correctly and all seems well, just cannot get fans to come on at all by themselves. What do I look for next. Please Help.

Which fuse was blown? Did you check all three fuses? Do the fans operate when you turn on the A/C?

Default I haven't charged the AC system up yet

and it was the 30 amp maxi fuse nearest the driver compartment. I put a new fuse checked continuity and all is great. ?I jump the relays and fans work fine. I don't exactly what the dual relay or coolingfan3 relay and fuse is for but I checked both of them and they are good to go also. What sends the signal to the cooling fan relays to tell them to close to turn on the fans?

For future reference, there are many many threads containing cooling fan operation, schematics, troubleshooting, etc....if you use the search function.

The cooling fans are controlled by the PCM, which provides a ground(s) to the appropriate relays depending on temperature, A/C pressure, etc. Based on your description, I assume that it was fuse #46, that was found blown.

Perhaps it's the phrase you used. I used "cooling fans", and came up with the following.
