Default Help with scraping/ tapping sound

Hey all, i have a problem with my 2000 c5 that i cant figure out on my own. figured its time to take it to the experts. a few weeks ago i noticed a scraping sound that started out in first gear from a stop. its been getting progressively worse. its like a rotational scraping sound and its getting louder by the day and now its in every gear ! at first it went away when i pushed the clutch in but now it scrapes in neutral. and its also developing a bad vibration i can feel in my shifter. I had my stock clutch replaced about a year and a half ago with a spec stage 2. Any one had this problem before? i thought it was m y throw out bearing but from what i read it should go away when the clutch is pushed in? could it possible be TT bearings going bad?
