Wow! Is that really all there is to it? No structural changes or metal moved at all??? Just cut the wheel house and widen it?

That's awesome, definitely a future project for me..

Same here but I have to ask, Why is it called a "Mini" tub? lol Is there like a full done up version?

Yes, there is. A full tub is for going all out drag or pro-street, back halving the car is usually what drag racers do..

It usually allows you to run a 30 inch or so plus tall tire and they're as wide as I'm sure you've seen on show cars.

Basically a mini tub doesn't USUALLY allow wider than 345MM tire and allows you to keep your trunk/backseat fairly stock and usable.

A full tub will not allow either.

I wonder if these guys with 600+hp and 345's still blow through first,second, and into third, otherwise Im wanting some damn 375's hahah

Yep...they do.

ET streets or something similar like the Nitto's above will hook ALOT better but 600+ with IRS in a C5 and you'd be spinning 2nd no problem if you go WOT at any point in the RPM band roll or stop.

3rd you may have to rev it a little and drop the clutch but you'll spin if you want to
