Default Can the Safety/Neutral switch be bypass

I'm buying a damage c5 for parts and the plugs on the safety switch are damage on the auto tranny, torn wire, plugs etc: The car won't start and was wondering if the switch can be bypass to start and check the engine condition.

So if I jump the Theft Deterrent Relay I can just leave the safety netraul switch un plugged? where is the pnp. Is that the switch on the transmission and if so does it matter if the other wire are screwed up.
