Headlights won't come on and won't raised up
My 2004 Corvette headlights won't raise or come on. What could it be? When I first turned the headlights on, they raised up and turned on. Then the headlights went out but they still stayed raised up. I turned them off and they lowered down, now the headlights won't raise or turn on. When turning the high beams on, I can see the headlights from the closed position come on but goes out when releasing the switch. I can hear a clicking noise in the fuse box under the hood but I don't see any fuses blown. Can anyone help in what it might be? Thanks,

Check all of the fuses in both fuse compartments. There are three items in the headlamp system unless you have the twightlight sentinel option, then there are four. First and highest failure item is the headlamp switch and probably what's wrong with your car. Next is the headlamp controller which only raises and lowers the headlamp doors. Next is the door motors themselves of course. That last item is the BCM which will turn on and raise the lamps for you, if the twighlight mode is turned on and if you actually have that option.
Most likely your headlamp switch is bad. You can get to it without removing the steering wheel and you can possibly fix the bad contacts within.

Do you have the twilight sentinel option? If your lights work correctly with the twilight sentential then the problem is the multifunction\headlight switch.
