Default Wing Oil Pan Blots? Selant?

replaced the gasket on my lower oil pan (bat wing gasket),,, do i need to put any type of sealant on the 15 bolts that hold my lower oil pan gasket in place? (RVT? Blue locktight?).

i assume i need to put somehting on them to hold them in there since i think the torque specs for these bolts are only 106 in. (Roughly 9 ft lbs.)
