Off road X-pipe question?
What will the off road X-pipe do to the sound of my car with the Borla Stingers. I know the x-pipe will tone it down a bit, but what is the difference if any, between an x-pipe and an off-road X-pipe?
I do not want my Stingers to sound any quieter :D
Thanks in advance

An offroad X pipe replaces your cats, the other one goes in the back by the stock H pipe (end of Mid pipe). The cats do a lot of muffling, if you replace the cats with the x pipe it will be louder.

Does the Breathless Off road X-pipe replace the cats and if so, do I need the 02 sims and will it pass inspection?
Do these need to be welded?
Will the sound be to much with my Borla's?

all "off road x pipes" are catless. that's why they're called "off road". [ie - fine = $10,000] with one you will fail smog test (big time). plus your car will smell eye wateringly bad.. cats only loose a lil rwhp.. there are very good 'metal on metal' high flow aftermarket cats available, if you want those last few hp, and still pass emissions, though it is still illegal to put them on your car :)
