Default Fixed rocking seat...now no communication on my seat controls...???

Well long story short, when I was going to install the seat back I lost communication with the wiring harness that controls the seat.

The controls were working when I reinstalled the seat (up, down, back, front...) and when I was about to tighten all of the nuts to secure the seat, I checked the controls again and they stopped working.

My instrument cluster now says No Communication under the A6-SCM section.

Could this have anything to do by me adding di-electric grease on the connectors?

The seat is out...I have checked the connectors and they looked fine. I also cleaned off all the grease and still no communication.

Any ideas?

Clean it off with the appropriate solvent and you should be communicating again.
