Default Can C5 Z06 wheels be used on a C5 non Z06?

Is there a different offset between the C5 Z06 and non Z06 C5?

How will Z06 wheels look on a non Z06 C5 and will they fit properly?

I would wager that more than 75% of base C5s have Z06 wheels on them now.

As long as you don't try to put the rears on the front, then they'll fit fine.

Lothar34 - Thanks for the fast answer. I may sleep a little better tonight. I hope I can cancel my order for the tires I bought thinking the rear Z06 wheels would fit the non Z06. Worst case is I just use the smaller 17 x 9 1/2 Z06 wheels on the front.

How much would the rear 18 x 10 1/2 wheels stick out on the front of the non Z06 C5?

I dunno. I think the issue is more how far they stick in than out.

My car is a base and the previous owner put 18" Z06 reps on it. 18x10.5 in the rear and 18x9.5 in the front. Rears are 295/35 and the fronts are 265/35. They fit fine at those widths and what I believe are the regular Z06 offsets.

I got the Z06 wheels on the 2001 convertible today with 265-35-18 front and 295-35-18 rear PS2's and it looks great, especially the Argent silver wheels on a Quick silver vette.

Is there anyone who can PM me and who knows how to post a photo of the car?

OEM GM Z06 18's fit fine on all corners, the front will need a shorter tire

I've got the same set up., Had wider fronts on a while ago - car trammed a lot. 265/295 seems like a good combo
