Can't say I have - I don't track the Vette!

But it seems that it will work just fine!

There are times you have to jumper a relay and that is okay, just make sure you take it out once done!

Thanks,Matt

That is not the point of this thread. The OP is inquiring on having a jumper installed, to keep the fans running on low speed for hot lapping at the drag strip............not for daily driving.

All of these "fan tricks" can be achieved with a tune or by having your own tuner---The tricks are just a cheap way to avoid getting a tune--

That trick cannot be had with a tune; keeping fans on all the time. Besides saving $500 - $1000 for a great tune with a "Trick" what's the problem?

There is a forum vendor "Sac City" I think they are called that do this same thing with a relay with a remote key fob so you can have them on any time you want by pressing the remote inside the car.

Shoot, a guy could replace that wire with a switch and leads that run into the drivers compartment. Could turn them on and off whenever!
Cost about $5 and an hours worth of time. Free if you happen to have a switch and the wire.
To cool the engine between rounds if drag racing, you need to run the fans then start the engine every few minutes to cycle the hot water from the block to the rad.
