DId you just recently get your axle & programing done...
That code can also be from improper programing after an axle change.

I was getting it after a 3.42 axle change w/Hypertech program.
I only got it occasionally, usually after a longer drive at highway speeds.
Powerloader programing corrected it.

Hithere,
Your 3.90 gears, plus the stall torque converter.
You need a program for the PCM, thats the first issue, as the computer will see more data then is normal for your diagnostic.
If your program is done, then you may have a cut seal at the input housing shaft, allowing hydraulic pressure to be leaked down, not engaging the torque converter clutch.
There is alot to check, as I would have your technician take a look.

Thanks for the help, I had West Coast Corvettes do the install and they sent out the ECM for a reprogram. I will talk to them about it. It only happens at highway speed once in a while. I don't see any trans fluid under the car. I just finished spending allot time under there installing trans and oil coolers and lowering the car.
