What is the measurement of the stock H pipe from over axle flange to the manifold flange.

They aren't parallel on each end so it's not something you can really measure that way. The whole piece is somewhere around 6' long.

I have not had stock exhaust for about 4 yrs so that would make it a little hard for me to find out you know Hell if I had the H pipe i would be able to get it also but again do not have the parts needed.
