I gave my car to get fixed for a ignition switch at the dealer. They broke the pins in it and are now saying it was already broken. Its barely hanging for its life. Its the cover panel that is located by the driver side under the dashboard cluster (by the drivers knees).

There are two more parts, small plastics covers located on the left and right side of the steering wheel. I checked at the chevy store and they said the part is discontinued. WTH!!

Please help coz it makes my interior look fugly.

Sounds like you are referring to the knee bolster. Check those parting cars out or the auction site. Those are a dime a dozen. Auction site has a tan one for $95 but thats high. I would expect it to go for half here. Good luck man.
