Belt Drive Upgrades?
Looking to make a few upgrades to my belt drive system soon before the snow hits and the car is stored. I'm primarily looking to replace easy to get items like the accessory tensioner, idler pully, a/c tensioner, harmonic balancer, etc. Also looking for upgraded belts as well. I track the car about once a month so I'm looking for some heavy duty upgrades. What are the tried and true components I should be going for?

Your basic drive belt upgrades will be
--billet manual belt tensioner
--summit racing 25% underdrive crank pulley/ARP crank bolt
--goodyear gatorback/continental elite belt
--LS2 metal P/S Pulley
That will put you where you should be as far as drive belt upgrades
--billet manual belt tensioner

if you are looking for great quality component's that will provide you years of trouble free road racing... then the route to go is a Katech billet tensioner.... ATI super dampner (they are rebuildable) and either an electric power steering pump or turn one P/S pulley... this has been a proven tried and true combination I see this setup all the time down here at VIR and Carolina motorsport park at HPDE and time attack events....

Belt Size for 25% underdrive pulley ?
And now that you are using the 25% underdrive crank pulley, assume you have the LS2 and all other components are stock, what SIZE - PART NUMBER Goodyear Gatorback belts fit properly?
I have done several searches and the main accessory belt looks like it should be the 4060775 . . . .
But there is a difference of opinions for the A/C belt: 4040405? 4040410? Or something else ? ? ? Stock size is 41" or 1040 mm, so I would suspect the underdrive A/C belt should be shorter.
