Default oil and water

on the right side by the AC compressor i see oil and when the car sits oil accumulates on the ground i add a gallon of water every two or three days it is not the AC compressor AC works fine and maintains pressure

any idea what i am facing

a possible blown head gasket. you are loosing water somewhere, and its not on the ground, you would smell antifreeze.
could be lots of things, or a combination of things..

So you are leaking oil and burning up coolant?

changed oil 2 days ago today let car idle for 20 mins and about 2 oz of fresh oil on the ground no smell of coolant but i do see oil and water on the right frame rail by water pump no leak there

These are both serious items that could cost you a motor. If you not able to find the cause of both of these problems you need to take the car to a Corvette shop or even a Hot Rod shop. I would stay away from the dealership. If you take the car somewhere you have to make sure your oil and water levels stay OK during the trip to the shop. A new LS motor does not come cheap, be careful.
