Need some diagnosis help; Car won't start!!!!
I went to pull out of the garage and go for a drive after cleaning the throttle body and the car just died after backing up about 12 inches. Now it won't even start and I get "reduced engine power" warning. I did forget to hook that MAF wire connection back up but that never caused this type of issue before. Hooked it back up and still won't start. I also noticed that my fuel pump is not running when I initially turn the key on. Checked the fuse and it was ok. Swapped the fuel pump relay with the AIR pump relay and still nothing when I turn the key on. I also checked the fuel rail to see if it was pressurized and sure enough; no pressure at all in the rail.
Pulled the codes and got these:
P0102
P0106
P1514
C1221
C1222
C1248
C1278
U1000
Thanks for any help you might be able to provide to track down the problem.

I did a few more checks. No power at thefuel pump fuse with key on. I then moved on to checking the chassis grounds. Found the passenger side front frame rail and all checked out good there. Moved onto the driver's side and the multi-connector checked out ok but the single ground wire that connects to that post did not check out ok. I cut off the factory connector and even using the new clean bare wire was getting very high resistance readings when connecting to ground and was measuring ~170mV across ground. Does anyone know where that wire runs to so I can trace down the other end of it?

For anyone with this problem in the future; the fix was to clean the the ground point on the driver's side frame rail where the ground strap for the engine block attaches.
