Buckets wont lower
Got a problem with light buckets. This weekend I installed projector headlights and raised them manually to remove headlight assembly, now they raise but do not lower. Is there a way to zero motors or reset them somehow?

If they do.... then did you install the required inline resistor pack ?
Regular Halogen headlights have a "resistance" in the circuit that the car looks for. HID bulbs are plasma based and DO NOT have a resistance. You car will "think" that you have a blown bulb with HID's installed. Your head light buckets will stay UP because the car is trying to tell you that a light is burnt out.
You will need to install a resistor pack from forum vendor "JW@JWMotoring.com".
Hope this helps.

Here is my Inline resistor pack mounted in the middle of the pic.

Ahh that makes sense, I do have 2 resistors but I thought it said it was for led turn signals to prevent hyperflash. I think they are 55 watt so I bet they are for the low beams because I have the 55 watt ballasts for headlights.

JW motoring sells the inline resistor pack here:
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...r-your-c5.html
I plugged mine in this way:
Low beam factory connector --> Resistor pack --> HID ballast --> HID bulb.
You need one of the inline resistors. (See pic below). You can mount on either the drivers or pass side. It does not mater.
Hope this helps.

Mine doesn't have connectors on them, they have scotch locks. I guess I can just wire it inline. I don't like to use scotch locks. Thanks you've been a lot of help.

Hyperflash harness is a totally different circuit.

There is no "zeroing" on the headlight motors. They are run until they hit the stops at each end.
The resistor is not wired "inline", it's wired in parallel with the light. The resistor resistor is just built so it connects in between the car light plug and the HID ballast.
I wouldn't use those scotch locks - they don't belong on any connections under the hood.
Try just turning the high beams on and see if they go down.
