Default C5 Heater/AC Control Issues

I have a auto, duel climate control unit that seems to keep the cabin temp. 4 to 5 deg. hotter than the auto setting. In the auto setting it will not automatically change to internal air circulation and full rate fan when started on a hot day. I have had the pressure checked. OK. No codes and it does blow cold if I put it in the manual mode and turn the temp to 60deg. It is the same on heat the cabin is several deg. warmer that the auto setting. I am wondering if it is the control head or could it be an input (inside temp, outside temp. etc) that causing the controller to think it 's not at hot as it really is. I have looked for similar problem on the forum but found none. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
