Default reduced engine power, cranks won't start

1998 auto stock no mods. Car has been in garage all winter in ct, been starting fine, the other day battery died, I charged the battery fully and when I went to start it the car just cranks over and I get the reduced engine power, service traction systems and service abs message. I cleared the codes ( 1 wouldn't clear) and diconnected the battery, when i tried to resart the car these four codes came up ( I cleared the codes a couple of times to make sure and the same 4 keep coming up) pcm- P0601 h c , P 1518 h c (this is the code that won't reset) tcs-- C1255 H, C1276 c. I'm hoping someone will be able to steer me on the right direction to fix this problem
