Default Leaking from Rear - Where From w/ Pix

I'm in the middle of doing my clutch job on my 99 MN6 and thought that the rubber o-ring between the clutch and tranny was the only leak I had. Now that the tranny and diff are out of the car I'm not so sure. I think I have at least 2 leaks if not 3. The first seems to be from the module/box mounted on top of the transmission. The second may be from the vent tube on the differential, or from the o-ring around the side cover, or from where the half shaft goes in? I'm thinking vent tube because I do open track the car. I've attached a few pictures. Let me know what you think.

Thanks.

Kurt

I'd say possibly the trans & differential vent tubes, reverse lock out solenoid, gear select/skip shift solenoid & for safe measure replace
the drivers side axle shaft seal.
