Default Head light problem

I have a 98 coupe. This morning driving to work, headlights off. Driver sides headlight pops open. I tried to turn on the headlights figuring I would cycle them and see if it would go down. That didnt work in fact the passenger light wont go up. When I turned the car off divers side light still won't go down. I was able to turn it down manually. No codes.

Three possible places to start looking:
1. Make sure your battery is okay.
2. Your mulit function switch.
3. Your headlight control module.
Get back to us....good luck.

Thank you for the response. The battery is good, I just replaced the Multifunction lever (the stalk ) this past winter due to no tail lights when lights were switched on.

Ignorant question: is it also worthwhile to look at "the usual suspect" grounding points?

So I checked the fuses they were all good. Motors do not make any noise and head lights will not go up but the lights work. All the connections look good. Can someone post the pin out on the plugs so I can check for 12volts to the motors? Or if anyone has any ideals what I should check next throat would be great.
