Default Leather on armrest lose.

Coes anyone have a fix for when the glue on the leather armrests. Comes loose from its backing on the door panel. Thanks

It's VINYL not leather. There is a post where a guy drilled holes in the back, shot some glue in and used his shop vac to suck the vinyl back. Didn't look perfect. Best bet is to remove the panel and take to the upholstery shop.

I think the door covering must shrink over time, and it pulls away from the backing where the door curves into the armrest.. I have seen people try to inject adhesive behind the covering to stick it back down, but it usually just ends up looking worse.
The only real fix is probably to get a new panel or recover the whole door.
