turn signals blinking and winking, wtf

need help with turn signals
gentleman have a problem with my turnsignals. when i operate my turn signals, it blinks normal on whatever side i'm using, however the opposite side winks, front and back. i replaced the hazard switch but no luck, still happening. anybody have a wiring diagram for 2004 turn signal circut or any help would be appreciated

replaced hazard flasher, now lights inside car flash(dash, radio,a/c unit) i'm lost. when i turn off flasher, dash lights quickly flash two or three times stop and do it again then stop. i've noticed the DRL relays clicking when this happens, any ideas, electrical guys pls help out
