Which alternator to buy
Well it's looking like I will have to buy an alternator in the near future. Should I spend a little extra and get an AC Delco or get the Duralast that Autozone quoted me? The Duralast is 110 amps remanufactured and is only about $150

I think its crazy to spend that much money for a new unit when the remans are an easy to get warrantied part.
It takes 30 min to change out an alternator and is an easy do it your self project.
Go for the OEM reman unit.
