Default replace starter/solenoid

I have a 1999 C5 that requires a new starter/solenoid. How many hours does a job like this usually take.? What other parts should I replace when the starter is replaced? What is the probability of breaking studs/bolts when removing the exhaust system (intermediate exhaust pipe assembly)?

Good probabilty of breaking at least on stud. I broke two. Use antiseize on reassembly. You'll need two exhaust gaskets. Takes about an hour with air tools. Did mine in the driveway where she died.

Not too bad of a job, I didn't break any studs or bolts. It's just a tight spot and hard to remove the wires associated with the solenoid. I would plan on 2 hours though, it always takes longer than you think.
