Thermostat Gage on dash

My gage is blank lights out all the time . how do I get this fixed. what do i need to do to fix it or replace it?

Remove the IPC and replace the gage black light bulbs..

Ha Thanks for your help. but how do I get the unit out , do I have to take the whole dash off, like in your pictures?
