Slave cylinder (highly recommend reputable remote bleed line), pilot bearing/busing, flywheel and pressure plate bolts, often times the rear main seal could use changing (consider an offset seal). Don't forget to measure for proper geometry.

Yea, but you don't "technically" need the other stuff. Bare bones includes disc, PP, and flywheel. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not saying everything else shouldn't be changed.

Technically if your measurements are within spec then your good but you really should replace some other things "while your in there".

No, you may not need it, but if the slave cylinder, throwout bearing or pilot bearing goes you'll have to pull it all apart again. The master, well you can replace it at any time. The speed bleeder - really a personal choice. If the car has been good for years without one does it really need one now?

Also be a great time to do headers if you haven't already.
Use ARP bolts with loctite, make sure you have a torque wrench.
In fact, have a factory service manual. It was a great help when I replaced my clutch. It will guide you step by step and give you the sequence and torque values for the clutch and pressure plate.
Tunnel plate if you are thinking of one.
