Default Front Oil Galley Plug

Anyone know what type of seal is needed when replacing the front oil galley plug with a -8 AN to M16 x 1.5 fitting?

I see some listed as ORB which use an o-ring, some have what looks like an aluminum crush washer, and others are sold w/o any type of seal.

Thanks

If you are talking about the plug up front below cylinder #1. Aluminum washer. With crush washers, it's always a good idea to replace with a new one every time. They are available at any napa auto parts.
