Default HID's not working

I have high/low/fog 6000K 35w HIDs with LED Taillights with Hyperflash Harness on a '01 C5. I don't drive much.
However the last time I drove @ night the lights started flickering and the driver side low went dead. I purchased a replacement and install and the HID bulb did not work. So I move the "new" HID bulb to passenger side and it didn't work as well. I reinstalled the working HID bulb on passenger side and now that and all HIDs high & low on both sides are not working.

The HID Fogs work fine.

I removed the all high/low HIDs and replaced with the standard 9005 & 9006 bulbs and they work fine.

What would cause my HIDs to fail.

HELP !!!

I could consider that the ballast would go on the 1st and maybe my 2nd troubleshooting of the bulbs....but all 4 ballasts???

I'm sure you did but you did check the fuse? You can also test them on your fogs since you know those are working...

swap them with your fogs then you will know if it's the ballast or not

If it's the relay wouldn't the regular bulbs also not work?

Did you install a dedicated relay harness for the HID's? Assuming you did, and you plugged the 9005/9006 bulbs into the OEM connectors they would not be going through the dedicated relay harness.
