Default removing seats with busted motors

I need to pull my seats out to replace the leather and the motors. I know that you need to move the seat all the way up to get to the 2 bolts in the back. This obviously can't be done since the motors are busted and the seats are all the way back. Any helpful ideas or tricks on how to get to them easily? Thanks!

Not sure about the C5 but most cars have a bolt that goes into a "secured" nut and if you look under the car you will see the bolt protruding thru the nut. In other words hopefully it is not a nut in a "blind" hole.

If that is the case, you may have to drill out the bolts. Afterwards, you will need to use a longer bolts and external nuts.

I would think at worst scenario, you could get it with an open ended wrench. Remove the front first, then the back. It may be a bit of a pita, but doable.
