Any Experience with SDPC #x88958765 LS2 Heads?
This summer's project was upgrading my run-of-the-mill daily driver '98 convertible with GMPP LS6 heads (either GM#88958665 or #GM 12564824), LS6 intake (#88894339) and LS1 Hot Cam Kit (#12480033)...
Unfortunately the LS6 heads with the yellow springs and light weight valves are no longer available, however SDPC does have some LS2 heads (x88958765) that sound interesting - they're "799" castings w/ LS-1 valves and LS6 springs.
Anyone have any experience with these? Any forseeable compatibility issues with the cam / intake / LS1 block and rotating assembly?
