Default C5 Grinding Window

I am getting a grinding sound when raising and lowering my drivers window. Sounds like a broken roller? It doesnt sound like electrical at all. Is there a roller in the door that is common to go out? Is it replaceable? Anyone make aftermarket or is it dealer only?
Thanks for the help

mine make a grinding noise before it failed. sounds like you will need a window regulator/motor soon. there isnt really any rollers like other cars.. its a cable, guides and a motor.

Easy to do, installed min in a little over an hour watching a how to on Youtube

Thanks for the reply and picture.
The green and white rollers in the picture aren't replaceable? It sucks cause my motor works great and until last week never gave me any problems lol
