High mileage c5 differential leaking I think from driver side output shaft and main o-ring seal where xmission and differential meet. Just curious as to the cheapest way to fix????

Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, If its a solid rear and it not making any strange noises, I seriously recommend doing ALL the work your self.

If I can do it, anyone can. I did the entire power-train up-grade on jack stands.

If you have a high mileage C5,,, make SURE to change the differential clutch packs and beleiview springs along with the seals.

Anything above that level of rebuild as outlined in the links, requires SPECIAL tools for diff alignment
