$4300.00 stealing! I just checked one labor guide, it calls for 9.3 hours including pilot bearing and flywheel. That's $1395.00 labor @$150.00 an hr (I know CA. Labor rates are high), with another $1000.00 for a good clutch and flywheel after mark up puts you at $2395.00 P&L plus tax and shop supplies.
It would be a good time to open the torque tube and check/replace the bushings.
I hope you get some good referrals!

This is too far from you but might help you in getting pricing info. (Will not let any other Corvette mechanic touch my car):

It wouldn't hurt to check with a chevy dealer near you. I got a labor quote of $950 from a dealer in southern CA. I sourced parts myself, and paid about $700 for LS7 clutch pkg, slave, and remote bleeder.

Guess What my longtime Chevy dealer quoted me a price of 2750.00 all parts minus the flywheel.Service mngr said resurfacing the original if possible saves money and you know it is balanced to the engine from the factory.I have known these guys for 30 years and it never crossed my mind to do the work since I bought the car used and never had to deal with warranty work as in the past. Thanks For your input guys.
