Not good, only way I see to fix that is cut x pipe spreader plate, bend x pipe, re-weld plate.

The headers will flex a little but that looks like too much.

While you're calling, ask them why the 02 sensor bungs are pointing upward, that's not the best design either

I will be calling them in the morning. Could it be a xpipe for a c6 or some other car? They ship the headers and xpipe at different times.

I got my Kook's 1 7/8's from Maryland Speed last May and everything went together fine, Just wondering are your headers bolted up tight? I left every thing loose, headers, X pipe and catback and I also had to get it all lined up then tightend every thing up.

My headers are tight, i could try that, but why is the x pipe mounts not lining up and there on top on each other

I had the exact same issue ....just used a tow strap with a ratchet to bend it into place....they will flex...I was freaking out when it happen to me....kooks told me to slack the head flange bolt align everything then tighten the head bolts

You need to loosen at least one of the headers up..due to the angles that the pipes line up, one of the headers needs to have a little "play" in it. I ran into this exact same issue when I installed mine. I loosened up all the bolts on the passenger side header again.... got everything lined up and in place, then went back and snugged everything back up.

what's so bad about the O2 bung placement? You generally want it somewhere between the 3 to 9 o'clock position no?
