Putting another exhaust on my c5. I have stock manifolds and stock cats. Everything after the cats (going downstream) is going off my car. Getting a new axle-back soon (probably borla s type II). Going to get an x pipe also (borla #60087?). Will ("Should") the x pipe take me FROM my cats TO my axle-back without needing anything else? or do I need something else? Never done this before. Need to know what I gotta get......................

that should cover it. measure twice before cutting once.. and it should all fit nicely

The only other thing I can think of is make sure you have new exhaust flange gaskets (if not included in the package) and proper band clamps (should also be included). If your kit includes U-clamps, then I strongly recommend you get some good quality SS band clamps. I like to use the 3-inch ones which also seal the joint.

The U-clamps are not good for sealing and can deform the exhaust pipes.
