Default OEM pushrod confusion

So I'm about to install ls7 lifters and from doing research on the fourms, pushrod length is all over the place. Since the ls7 lifter is labeled as a direct replacement, I figured I would just go with factroy length rods. I feel like that should put me in an acceptable preload range. So I see 3 different number for factory pushrods. 7.400 is what most place label as factory length. Then I read that people measure them at 7.385 and then I look up the factory part number (#10238852) and I see 7.325 as their length. So what is up with all these numbers? Are there any LS engine that would use a 7.325?

If you have the option, I would measure first and then order the length you actually need.

Yeah, I really want to go with OEM specs but I'm just no sure what they are lol.

I would also like to measure first and then order but my c5 is my daily driver and I don't have access to another car. I would like my downtime to be as few days as possible.

Are you using the stock cam? If so run the stock pushrods. If not, measure. Do the rocker trunion upgrade while it's apart if you haven't already.
