Default TPMS Rebuilt Kit Confusion

A while ago I picked up a used set of GM TPMS sensors for my 2000. They are part number 25981210 which should be correct. I plan to install them on a set of Z16 wheels.

The sensors came with new Schrader 20012 rebuild kits. According to Schrader, these are the correct kits for a 2000.

Now the confusion. The sensors have gromets at the base but the rebuild kits come with an o-ring.

Since the sensors have gromets, I probably need to stay with gromets.

- Any idea if gromets will work with Z16 (Z06) wheels?
- Any idea of the correct rebuild number (20003)?

Thanks!

Rob

Good deal. I'll get rebuild kits for the 01-04 and see if they fit the new 97-00 replacements.

Thanks!
