Well the housing is cracked and I just ordered a new one yesterday. It should be here by Monday or Tuesday next week. I'll change out that bulb and connector when I change out the housing at the same time

so i replaced the front turn signal bulb and cracked housing after discovering it was cracked up top by where the bulb is mounted and in the front from a rock or something like it hitting it long ago.
I'm still running into the same issue with the left blinker and the brake being pressed. I've cleaned up 12 grounds minus the one behind the head and 2 grounds were missing from behind the passenger rear fender well. I'm at a loss now to where to look. i've also replaced the brake switch underneath the driver footwell.

With the bulb out and the turn signal ON, make sure there in 12 volts coming in. While the bulb is out also make sure you have a good circuit to ground using the ohmmeter setting on the ground side. Also look for an issue with the power input having a connection to the ground circuit. With no power being applied, and with the bulb out the resistance should be infinity. May need to try pressing in on the socket like what happens when you put a bulb in.
Also you may want to try and see with the bulb out if everything works OK except for hyperflash (quick flashing). If it does, then you know the issue in in there somewhere.

so i replaced the connector for the blinker and still same issue. i'm going to be testing the ground on it shortly and see what I can come up with and will be posting results.

There are only two ways to get voltage there.
1. Using the turn signal and I would expect the voltage to fluctuate.
2. Turning on the DRls. In this case the voltage should be constant. First urn on your DRLs and see how they react. Next apply the brake and see what happens.
